First Experience
There are many different broadway experiences, have you had any? My first expience was the summer after 5th grade. It was a graduation presentfrom my parents. My mom, friend, and her mom took the train to the city and had so much fun! I can’t wait to go back to broadway!

I just found out that for my birthday I am going to see Phantom of the Opera with three of my best friends. Two of them worked on making this blog and the theater ThinkQuest page! I’m so excited and can’t wait!

The very first show I saw was Beatlemania in the Wintergarden Theater, way long ago!! I went with my brother’s and one of their friends! It was great to hear “John Lennon” sing and listen to “Yesterday” by Paul McCartney!! That was a fun day!!

My first Broadway show was actually one that I was IN! I was 19 years old and I spent $25 of my last $50 to see Into The Woods. I knew immediatley that I had to be a part of this INCREDIBLE production. I had been in NYC for 9 months, I auditioned for the tour of Into The Woods and the very next day, I got strep throat. I was doing singing telegrams to pay my bills, I had 3 telegrams to deliver and my throat was swollen shut. I was so depressed and I didn’t know what to do. Then the phone rang and it was my agent…he said, “You’re going to Broadway!” They didn’t put me in the tour, they put me in the Broadway show. It was amazing and everything that Broadway was supposed to be!
